Returns window

14 days from delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Customer responsibility

You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging

Non-returnable items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories such as earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

If you need an exchange, please contact us at:

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and any damage

We will review your case and resolve the issue promptly.

Return shipping

Unless your item is defective or we sent the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are also non-refundable

How to start a return

Starting a return is simple. Please email our support team with your order details.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, we recommend:

  • Checking your bank account again
  • Contacting your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contacting your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
